First off, I was very impressed ordering through Saw Again. Dan called and left me a personal voicemail letting me know the saw had been delivered to my door. That's a personal touch that just doesn't exist anymore.

Next, I have watched about a million youtube videos on this saw and read just about every forum. I am a homeowner who wanted something lighter than my Stihl 462 for trimming branches for deer stands and other tree work. Based on my research, the biggest gripe with this saw was the 3/8 0.50 chain that comes with the saw is too big/aggressive and slow, resulting in bar chatter. Kudos to Saw Again for having an option to order the 0.43 micro kerf. I ran a tank of gas through the saw last night cutting black walnut with a 6" diameter and can already tell that this bar/chain setup is much better than the 3/8 0.50 based on the videos I have watched. This is a pleasant surprise and is really making me question whether I should go to a 1/4 pitch setup. As of now, I have to give it 5 stars. Will update again once I have run a few more tanks through it.

I messed up my saw, and I initially ordered parts through Amazon; they were not the right parts, and had to go through the hassle of returns. So I started searching around online and stumbled across your site. I made the purchase of parts I needed and I am pleased to report they were the right parts, the first time, with fast shipping. I'm a country gal with limited mechanical abilities. I used this kit to get my dad's big saw running again. It works perfect now and I didn't have to wait a month for the local saw shop to do it. Thanks

The coil ignition arrived on time and in an orderly fashion. My saw is working again, and I used this past week as well as this weekend, and dropped a couple 50-60 foot trees. I will order again if I have any issues, and my local dealer has nothing in stock. Great Job!

Do your saw a favour and put this Kit on.It really works well in all timbers but especially efficient when cutting Australian hardwoods which produce fine dust.
