Effective May 1st 2022 The USPS has slowed delivery of First Class Delivery in order to help speed delivery of Priority Packages, please do not select First Class Delivery if delivery time is critical.
Sawagain will ship your order within one business day unless otherwise stated. Please note if you are selecting the USPS First Class shipping option delivery and tracking consistency maybe delayed. Current flat rate shipping options will be limited to $6.95 USPS First Class, $11.95 USPS Priority Service for orders 1 pound and over. Priority Service can also be selected for orders under 1 pound if preferred. The other current options will be UPS Sure Post (UPS ships for most of the trip then the USPS takes it the last leg) or UPS which is the best service available currently, and recommended if delivery time is essential.
Most orders ship within 1 business day of receipt Monday thru Friday via USPS, 1Lb and under $6.95, 1Lb and above 11.95$ flat rate per order within the continental USA, shipping options include USPS First Class, USPS Priority and UPS Sure Post or Standard UPS Ground. Delivery time is estimated and not guaranteed by the USPS, UPS, FedEX or SawAgain. We reserve the right to switch shipping carriers chosen if in SawAgain's view there is a more secure or reliable carrier available to your destination, this decision is based on carrier performance in certain geographical areas.
Heavy, bulky or high value orders may be shipped UPS or FedEx if it is more cost effective or safer. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you when your item has shipped. We pride ourselves on our ability to pack and ship very quickly and professionally.
Some shipping destinations may be difficult or impossible to deliver to for our carriers, as a result we reserve the right to cancel/refund any order that presents a successful delivery risk.
On rare occasions an in stock item may back order due to an inventory or product issue, in this case you will be contacted and notified immediately. SawAgain reserves the right to cancel/refund any order we determine to be fraudulent in nature or posses a risk.
If an item is returned to us because an incorrect shipping address was provided we will issue a refund for the item, the customer then has the option to re order with the correct address, we can not be responsible for shipping charges to an incorrect address provided to us by customers.
Tracking numbers are provided on all orders. When the carrier delivers an order they will scan the package and it is marked delivered, at this point we are no longer responsible for the order, it is the buyers responsibility to make sure the package delivery area is secure as we are not responsible for missing or stolen packages that have been scanned delivered, if this is an issue contact us and we can add a signature requirement to your order.
If an order gets lost we will help track it and replace if necessary. We will refund or reship a lost or delayed US addressed order after 21 days have elapsed from the date item was shipped. We require a signature on delivery of any order exceeding $500 in value, if you would like a signature required on orders less than $500 please send us a request prior to ordering. If your package was shipped but undelivered you must notify us within 30 days of initial order date.
International Shipping:
International orders will be shipped via USPS a tracking number is provided which follows the package within the US. If you would like a tracking number that follows your order to your door we can ship via FEDEX or UPS but the cost will be considerably more, contact us. The checkout cart will calculate the shipping cost of your order. Some foreign shipping destinations may be difficult or impossible to deliver to for our carriers, as a result we reserve the right to cancel/refund any international order that presents a successful delivery risk.
