COVID Shipping Update: Sawagain will ship your order within one business day unless otherwise stated. However a combination of covid related worker shortages, online sales demand and the holiday season have placed a strain on delivery services especially the USPS, as a consequence we no longer can offer the cheaper First Class Rate shipping option as delivery and tracking consistency are not acceptable at this time. Current shipping options will be limited to $8.95 USPS Priority Service for orders 1 pound and under and $10.95 for orders over 1pound, where standard delivery times should not be relied on. The other current option will be UPS which is the best service available currently and recommended if delivery time is essential. Thank you for your patience.
Most orders ship within 1 business day of receipt Monday thru Friday via USPS, 1Lb and under $5.95, 1Lb and above 8.95$ flat rate per order within the continental USA. At check out you have the option to select UPS as well. Delivery time is estimated and not guaranteed by the USPS, UPS, FedEX or SawAgain.
Heavy, bulky or high value orders may be shipped UPS or FedEx if it is more cost effective. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you when your item has shipped. We pride ourselves on our ability to pack and ship very quickly and professionally.
On rare occasions an in stock item may back order due to an inventory or product issue, in this case you will be contacted and notified immediately. SawAgain reserves the right to cancel/refund any order we determine to be fraudulent in nature or posses a risk.
Some shipping destinations may be difficult or impossible to deliver to for our carriers, as a result we reserve the right to cancel/refund any order that presents a successful delivery risk.
If an item is returned to us because an incorrect shipping address was provided we will issue a refund for the item, the customer then has the option to re order with the correct address, we can not be responsible for shipping charges to an incorrect address provided to us by customers.
Tracking numbers are provided on all orders. When the carrier delivers an order they will scan the package and it is marked delivered, at this point we are no longer responsible for the order. If an order gets lost we will help track it and replace if necessary. We will refund or reship a lost or delayed US addressed order after 21 days have elapsed from date item was shipped. We require a signature on delivery of any order exceeding $500 in value, if you would like a signature required on orders less than $500 please send us a request prior to ordering.
International orders will be shipped via USPS a tracking number is provided which follows the package within the US. If you would like a tracking number that follows your order to your door we can ship via FEDEX or UPS but the cost will be considerably more, contact us. The checkout cart will calculate the shipping cost of your order. Some foreign shipping destinations may be difficult or impossible to deliver to for our carriers, as a result we reserve the right to cancel/refund any international order that presents a successful delivery risk.
